Auction of Promises - Cancelled

Unfortunately, the Auction of Promises scheduled for September has had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

However, raffle tickets can still be obtained and sold, just contact us with your address and we'll get them out to you, same as before!

Emergency Budget: 22nd June 2010

"It will be a difficult budget... it will be controversial... one of the hardest things we will ever have to do." and that "we have taken the difficult decisions with care and with fairness at their heart."- Nick Clegg

With so much being published in the newspapers, TV News and also on the internet, it's hard to know what to believe and who to believe.  What we do know is that everyone in this country will be affected and worse off, including the poorest in society, carers included.  How so? Because even if Carers are not directly affected in this emergency budget, we will be indirectly giving us less money in our pockets.  For example, if VAT or petrol duty goes up, we have even less in our pockets.
